What is C.P.C.A?: The Government aided independent private agency: The Criminal Population Containment Agency (CPCA) handles criminals that fell under the cracks of the law, obtaining incriminating irrefutable evidence against them by illegal means, if they’re still not imprisoned after that, CPCA will take care of it by secretly eliminating the threats. It has at least one establishment across each state in the U.S.A. This system normally works by client’s demands but can take independent jobs with the right amount of money (or determination)

Ignore Dexter Morgan on the image, I'm testing C.P.C.A's story and experimenting with it bia a DEXTER/C.P.C.A crossover. Once that fic is done, I'll release the official and more polished version.
